The New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that same sex couples are entitled to the same civil rights as opposite sex couples!
However, they did give the NJ State Legislature 180 days to figure out how to do that, and from the news articles, appear to allow for the possibility of “civil unions” with the same legal rights and responsibilities as marriage for straight people.
